Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 dry red chilies
- Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, red chilies, and curry leaves.
- Add cabbage, salt, turmeric, and green chilies. Mix well.
- Add grated coconut. Mix again.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–7 mins.
- Serve with rice.
